Dear Friends

This is my final appearance in this spot. Future Messages will come from Bishop James Moore, but I could not sign off without expressing my thanks to all the many people I have got to know in the Diocese of America for their unfailing welcome. Special thanks to Fr Arthur Barrymore and Patricia, my old friends Jeff and Ramona and the people of St Edward's for many a lively evening in San Antonio; to Bishop Moore in Farmington, and Rosemary and Sandy for their kindness; to Leo and Rosemary Ukleya and their friends for their frequent hospitality, and to Fr Barry Eichelberger for taking on the website. Talking of which, I hope to continue contributing to the site, but this time from a British perspective. You will be welcome to cheer or jeer.
